Tracy and Frank celebrated their wedding on a sunny day on the last day of April. Tracy was a gorgeous bride and Frank looked GQ with his purple tie. The festivities began with a tea ceremony at the Hyatt in Rosslyn followed by a reception at the China Garden a few blocks away. Here are more »
